Vayu Bodhak Fine Particulate Sampler 251 is standard instrument to monitor PM2.5 in Ambient Air. It utilizes the Impactor design standardized by US EPA. It can also be used for PM10 monitoring removing the PM2.5 Impactor. It can be useful for cement plants, food processing industry, construction sites and mining sites. It also has provision for simultaneous sampling of gaseous pollutants using the gaseous attachment. In this air sample is passed through suitable chemical reagents that absorbs the gaseous pollutants like SO2, NOx, Cl2 etc, which can be further analyzed by wet chemistry method to determine the concentration of gaseous pollutants..

  • Flow Rate: Constant sampling rate of 1 m3/hr unaffected by voltage fluctuation and filter choking maintained by critical orifice system
  • Vacuum Pump: Oil Free, non-pulsating pump driven by induction motor for stable flow rate
